Loan Repayment Schedules lacking column totals and annual subtotals

Loan Repayment Schedules are lacking column totals and annual subtotals, so it‘s almost impossible to doublecheck the schedule. Also clients will need annual subtotals for their own accounting needs.

Furthermore:

• “Number of days: 1” is wrong in the given case of repayment monthly per repayment start date.
• I think the whole calculation is a bit off. The client is paying in advance, right? It seems to be calculated with payment in arrears though. We should allow both options, but if payed in arrears, then the repayment start date needs to the last day of a month or the first day of the following month.

Both aspects are out of scope here, though.
