Broken inline images

Steps:

• Compose an email with inline images and send it to outside Frappe Mail (@gmail.com).
• Images are displayed on the local copy but not on the external one.

The images are uploaded to the site, and the path is added as the src when pasting images into the compose editor. It is supposed to add the image data as base64. Maybe due to some recent change in Frappe UI (?).

++ Received emails from external email service with inline images and cid in src should be replaced by the URL (mail.api.mail.get_attachment) to display the image on UI. Currently, it is replaced in the html_body by serialize_mail, but the UI still shows the src with cid.
