Cannot create a new print format

I have installed print designer on my erpnext instance. The version of ERPNext and Frappe is 15. However whenever I try to create a new format there is a blank canvas and it is not allowing me to add any elements. Can you help me to correct the issue. I am attaching the screenshot of the page that opens when I create a new print format using the designer

@amitsaxena01 how are you hosting your site ?
is it local setup ?

Yes, the erpnext instance is hosted on google cloud.

@amitsaxena01 did you figure this out ? have you restarted the bench ? are there any errors during installation ?
