plan/roadmap for the new updated website

Might be a bit late for this idea. But with the migration to next.js, maybe we should sit down and make a plan for what do we want this new site to do?
We've been looking at other teams sites. Good. Have we created a list of what they have we would like to do?
Could we have a members area,
a better team calendar?
Files? (public and privet)
can we push notifications?
can it work on a students phone just as well as their laptops / chrome books?

I'm just spit balling here.

another thought.

With out having a members login area. How can Non-Tech create blog posts and events on their own? Or am I over complicating it to early in the design process? I do that. It's my super power.
