app/sync: source deleting message does not delete in journalist interface

Confirmed locally; investigating....

I had to brush up: When a source deletes a journalist's reply in the Source Interface, the Source Interface effectively just marks it as read. The Journalist Interface displays it as a read receipt; here the first two replies have been "deleted" and the third has not:

The app's database reflects the correct state—

—so we just need to reflect this state in the UI.

interesting, good find! I guess this is a question: do we want to remove is_deleted_by_source from the conversation view? or should we somehow indicate in the conversation that the message was deleted by the source but preserve the message itself?
