Backups for sd-admin on Qubes #1561
Description
From a discussion with @zenmonkeykstop this morning, we should consider implementing an easy backup flow for future users using securedrop-admin in a sd-admin VM on Qubes in lieu of the Tails-based Admin Workstation.

The Qubes Backup tool exists, but it is not particularly user friendly, and users should not need to backup their entire SecureDrop Worktation; only the sd-admin qube and anywhere else the config, SVS, and server credentials are stored (perhaps another qube, TBD).
We could document the process of provisioning an encrypted USB drive for backups and using the Qubes Backup tool to backup the relevant qubes.
Alternatively, create a simple script/tooling for automating that process, either backing up the desired qubes, or just the specific files needed. Making the process easy will encourage backups!
Tagging @conorsch as I know you are thinking hard on sub-issues and roadmap for this.
