Description
The ngx-charts library behaviour needs to be adapted from a visual point of view to get a more natural feeling on real-time data consuming. The foundations of this annoyance are explained by D3 creator on its blog.
Depending on the cost of this adaptation we can just rely on animation disabling per this PR.
