Data no longer publicly available?

Hi there, I'm trying to work through your paper and reproduce your results, but it seems as though the data release is not publicly available. When I click on the link in the readme, I get "You don't have permission to access /~lsong10/downloads/full_wmt16.tgz on this server." If the data is no longer publicly available, that's okay, but I was wondering then, how do I format my own data if I would like to use my own?

Hi, you may refer to this repo for data format. My old homepage was disabled due to my graduation. I'll try to upload the data somewhere else when I'm free.
