I think it is by design, do you hit a problem when it runs forever? what if you comment out warned = 1?

When the mrcpserver receives a request from FreeSWITCH and responds only with 100 Trying without any other responses, the hangup command cannot terminate the call on the current channel. Even if the SIP endpoint initiates a hangup, FreeSWITCH is unable to process it, and the MRCP session cannot be released.

i got a same problem. we fix this by enable sip timer-c.
