What's needed?
There is no documentation on what format is expected for START_TIME and DURATION in the CLI, leading to a lot of confusion (see #89 and #90).
Proposed solution
Add some specification and examples to the --help message, like SELECTOR, explaining what are the different ways to specify START_TIME and DURATION arguments.
