Bump the recommended cookiecutter version to 2.4.0
The version 2.2.3 is broken (see #134) and there have been some improvements in the latest versions that make updating existing projects easier (for example it is not necessary to keep the extensions in the replay file). Signed-off-by: Leandro Lucarella <[email protected]>
