Provide ability to extend or replace the component graph #1073
Description
What's needed?
Currently, at startup, the SDK fetches the component graph (as specified in the UI) from the microgrid API service and uses that for creating the formulas.
However, that component graph could be incomplete and need additional components and connections. Or the users might need their applications to work with a different configuration or a subset of the existing configuration.
In these cases, it should be possible to extend or override the components and connections used to build the component graph at application startup.
