Enable CI for ARM

What's needed?

We should make sure the SDK works in ARM too, as this is the most typical architecture used by controllers.

Proposed solution

Make test (and only tests, we don't need to run all lints) in ARM (in all supported platforms) in the merge_group event, so reviewing and iterating over PRs is still fast.
