Move Fuse to the same package than Grid #771
Description
What's needed?
Fuse is defined in frequenz.sdk.microgrid while Grid now is defined in frequenz.sdk.timeseries (done in #707) and ideally they should both live in the same package.
Proposed solution
Move Fuse to frequenz.sdk.timeseries
