openDeviceNotificationSettings - works on iOS but android function not named properly

Works great on iOS, but errors when trying to call it on android:

The extension context does not have a method with the name openDeviceNotificationSettings.

Looks like the android function name is currently: openDeviceSettings

#84 needs to be updated with master. Then we will have to ping Adam to merge it.
