the proxy is passed the capability only, not the request it's attached too, so no way to find how long it's been in the queue.
Need to check how safe / sane it is to modify the capability before using it ( hasBeenQueueForInSeconds : 25 ) ?

Not a big fan of passing this in the capabilities. I think this is a nice to have, but probably not worth spending such long time figuring this out.
