datapusher still issues 409 warning (data not valid) #67

Hello,
When importing a datapackage in CKAN a get a general 409-warning. See attached file.
functiemix - uitgekleed.zip. All records are imported, nevertheless I would like to solve this kind of thing.
I tried to validate the attached package with the prerelease (0.10.0) of the data-curator data-curator. If I understand it correctly the data-curator follows table-schema and it validates correctly.
Don't know how to move forward. Any help would be appreciated.
