Docs and Tutorial Issue Clean Up

There are lots of issues for docs and tutorials with a some overlap.
In fact 26 of the total 36 issues are labelled that way.

There are 4 [SUPER] issues for docs and tutorials.

I suggest there's a need for a clean up of the issues and a plan for completing the required tutorials and documentation.
