Support for the "new" Client and Group management

Since version 5 of pi-hole it's now possible to create specifically crafted set of blocklists for a Group and/or Client. I'd like to see a quick way to enable/disable such configured Client/Group rules. 
Eg, most often I only need to disable pi-hole for one device for a minute instead of the whole network.
