Create visual analysis for query metrics

After aggregating query statistics in #23, we need to create a visual interface for browsing them. It should include metrics for each of the queries, and also show the collection parameters (HNSW, etc) that produced them.

I moved the textual report that I commented out in f8b4eba to a Jinja template that outputs markdown tables. The question is: where should it be published, and how should it be published?

Where: GitHub pages? Just plain old markdown files in GitHub?

How: Manually? Via a GitHub Action? The latter would require maintaining a secret for the Qdrant server URL, which we don't want to make public.
