duplicate column in simulated bed file #230
Description
I have noticed that after calling SURVIVOR simSV the output bed file has a duplicate column which makes it incompatible with some of bedtools' features.
Running head on the simulated.bed gives me something like this:
NW_027020397.1 92341 NW_027020397.1 131367 DUP
NW_027021261.1 50413 NW_027021261.1 70524 DUP
After I manually dropped the duplicate column everything worked just fine, so it's not a big deal !!
