BND SVs

Hi @fritzsedlazeck,

I am using SURVIVOR merge with VCF from multiple callers/samples. I am wondering how SURVIVOR handles BND SVs, as they do not have length and END information? What would be the max_dist and sv length parameters in that case?

Hey there,
BND are treated as TRA if they are across two chrosomoes. So the start/end point coordinates are compared .
If BND are within a chr its treated as an INV and the same applies.
