Can't use certain cards for no reason

I was in a session when suddenly multiple cards unfundable for no apparent reason. It doesn't have special requirements that require me to have a majority in parliament nor do I lack political capital (As I could fund and discard other cards).

I've noticed that these cards are stuck down when we're about to launch them, causing us to be unable to move upwards which is the prequesuite for their deployment.

Just to clarify, they only are unfundable when they get stuck right?

Something similar was reported in #346 , and in that case it looks related to having an upgraded Direct Air Capture card, does this seem to be this case for you as well?

Yes I can't fund or launch any type of project or policy that was affected by this. I didn't have direct air capture in the game that it happened nor was it upgraded.

Got it, thanks. If it comes up again can you send me a screenshot of the stuck cards? In the meantime I'll see if I can reproduce it.
