[StatusBar:002] Summary View - Add view for more information about program status

We should be able to see an overview of the running processes - like "4 Paused, 4 Active, 6 Completed, 7 Failed, 5 Stopped". Similar to the notification view, this should open when clicking the status bar. The class should be called "SummaryView".
