Galera estou criando uma aplicação e tive que desenvolver um gerenciador de Hooks, coisa simples, mas analisando minha implementação, vi que ficou bem parecida com um Emitter, um exemplo de Emitter é o EventBus do VueJS, estou pesquisando aqui, mas resolvi abrir a issue para discussão, obrigado desde já! #UseYourCodeForGood
