What's your experience with battery lifetime and signal strength, especially at low temperatures? 🧐

I had to replace the AA (LR03) batteries of my THR128 sensor in the fridge after only 6-7 months because the signal was too low for my rtl_433 setup, they had only 1.43 volt. The original receiver still got a signal, but it's located nearer. Low battery data flag was obvious active, but ism-catcher had a bug. See sommit 13ba7aa.
Battery lifetime and signal strength of my outdoor sensor (THN128) is a real mess in the cold months (< 0 °C) of the year. There are days with nearly no received data packets.

Afaik my indoor sensors are happy with a yearly battery replacement.
