Seg Fault

First of all, this concept is very nice! THX for your work on this.

Tried the samples and got a segfault any time i use ctrl-c to exit.
I'm using ruby 2.5.1p57 (2018-03-29 revision 63029) [x86_64-darwin15] on Mac OS X 10.11.6

BTW: Which is the proper way to exit from a toucan cli app?

Hi there @microspino, and thank you!

I have indeed faced this issue while working on it, you're right. I think we can consider it as a bug for now. I remember to search about it and I think it's probably related with the fact that ncurses windows needs to be proper closed before ending the program execution.

And when we send a interrupt signal it skips my attempts to close it right here.

I'm working full time during weekdays, and during weekends I'm working on a personal SaaS, so it's being kinda hard for me to keep improving it right now. I will take better care of it soon, but meanwhile I will be glad if anyone is able to help us. Not only at this bug, any improvements PRs are welcome.

So I will leave it open for now, thank you so much for reporting it!
