Check the "Book" folder first

It consists 3 of them they are tiny like 4-15mb but when I opened it, I was shocked there were many files and the storage occupied in that archive was 4000 arround gb's and others also and one was 8000 arround gb's please tell me what are they...!?

Those are book files built by polyglot. Also called polyglot book files.
