timelock end date does not send entire time lock

Sending a time lock asset, if I select the entire time lock period & send it, the last date will not be included. Leaving you with an asset of 1 day.

For example if I have a time lock of 9.1 - 9.8, I send by selecting UI calendar from 9.1 - 9.8, I will be left with 9.7 - 9.8.

This is what I was left with...

I try to send 9.7 - 9.8 again, but is met with an error of Error: Returned error: StartTime must be less than or equal to EndTime.

The weird part is that I can send 9.7 - 9.7, leaving me with 9.8 - 9.8. I then repeat sending 9.8 - 9.8, then the entire time lock as been sent.
