as for my idea in "issue 10", just wanna show you what i did with the format you gave and extra editing.
if you can add the missing culmns to make it easier in the future it would be so much help!
(the colors are just google thing, ignore ofc.
the "Needed Quantity" take info from another cell so its also can be ignored or just all 0)

I don't get the idea of "base/needed quantity", could you elaborate?
As for formatted name, I'm not sure if a separate column is needed, just "Fine Straw (T4)" would be enough, don't you think so?

"base quantity" is for 1 item, the next column have a formula like =D2*$I$2 so i can easily change the amount i need.
i also use this number at once on a few sheets so its easier to manage how much i need from each mat from a single cell.

the formated name is for easier understand, the item name is to 'copy paste' in the game for looking for it, but thats just my opinion.
also, if you keep the "Fine" you cant sort it by A-Z and have all of the same type of item together and thats a big thing imo.

(this is a prat of a sheet for 20 T4 codex btw)
