[Bug] "Restore window size when unsnapping" functionality broken

Description

Windows no longer restore their size when unsnapping, retaining the size of whatever zone they were previously in when dragged / unsnapped, regardless of the setting

Updated from 1.12 to 1.15.2, can not speak on versions in between

Expected Behavior

Windows return to their pre-zone size when unsnapped

Steps to Reproduce

Drag window to zone
Unsnap

I just noticed the un-size-restored (??) window does restore size correctly if, while dragged, the zones hotkey is pressed again, without then actually selecting a zone

Bit of a run on sentence, so in a nutshell

1. Drag and zone window
2. Unsnap window, window does not resize
3. re-drag unresized window, tap zone-activation hotkey without actually selecting zone
4. window now correctly resizes

Can confirm the duplicate layouts, I've removed them since.
Sadly as of right now layouts have stopped triggering altogether, from the looks of it since Plasma (6.6.0-1.1 -> 6.6.1-1.1)
Will file a proper bug

I had to reinstall PlasmaZones for it to show up. Some reason the KWin Effect gets removed. Not sure how to prevent this.

Still experiencing this bug as of right now, also has persisted the force reinstall etc. I did in relation to #192

Can you upload your ~/.config/plasmazonesrc and logfile? journalctl --user -u plasmazones > plasmazones.log
