Rasterization problem with left_ptr #126

Sorry for the extremely weird and minuscule issue report.
I've noticed a single bright pixel at the left edge of the macOS left-ptr cursor's arm.

The smaller the cursor size, the more noticeable that bright pixel becomes in the corner. It is especially prominent with the default 24x24 cursor size on Linux:
The issue arises during rasterization. In my opinion, it is caused by the cursor arm forming an angle narrower than 90 degrees:

The original macOS cursors seem to have 90° arms, but I may be wrong.
