Reset-Password UI screen is missing.

After getting an email of reset-password with token. It is not able to get valid page. Page is missing in code repo.

@kristian014 Thanks for your valuable fix. You can create separate branch using master and do check-in of your reset-password screen. That will help others as well who are looking for reset-password fix. and later after code review @iammukeshm will merge those changes into master branch.
