Integration tests planned?

Hi, the starter kit is very useful, but if I make any changes locally, it seems like there's no integration tests that will check for regressions. Is there any plan for adding integration tests that run automatically on all PRs via Github Actions? The tests could use Playwright to check that the admin user can login, create users, set roles.

I'd be willing to contribute this but wanted to check first to see if there was a strategy in mind already, or if tests were excluded on purpose.
