MudBlazor is full featured and great. Please use MudBlazor and perhaps allow people to replace it if they want to use another blazor framework.

Replacing the UI framework would be a lot of work, not necessarily in the config, but in the components themselves. I've used MudBlazor and Radzen, both have strengths and weaknesses. Below is what a grid looks like in each. Once you pick one you are kinda stuck with it.
