Search with operators

Hi,
I would like to add operators to Search model (so far it is written only with 'equals').
Is there anyone with the same motivation or already created solution please?

Today, a lot of data tables allow users to change the filter operator like mui x-data-grid or ag-grid, so I think it would be very useful for server-side tables.
