Introduction of PyFunceble v3.3.9 (Teal Blauwbok: Termite)

Improved:
  * Known issues section of the documentation.
  * The RPZ and wildcard decoding implementation.
  * The way we process a transaction with the database.
  * The way we handle errors when something was already deleted from the
  database.
  * The way we handle auto-continue under a CI engine.
  * The way we handle the comparison against alpha or beta version while
  checking for deprecation notice.

Fixed:
  * Issue with the error handling while using multiple processes.
  * python-box requirement declaration.
  * dnspython requirement declaration.
  * Issue with the configuration location which is not found when the platform
  is unknown.
  * Startup issue since the beta version of PyFunceble 4.0.0.
