Allow getting all user's alts on pre-mysql 8.0 #2
Description
On versions of MySQL less than 8.0 and MariaDB less than 10.2.2, WITH RECURSIVE doesn't exist. The players that don't have access to WITH RECURSIVE should still have access to this feature.
