Suggestion: Clicking on the extension icon should open Tab Search window

When I click on the extension's icon on Chrome's extension list, it opens the side panel to crate or edit a rule.
I would like it to open the Tab Search popup instead. Because after creating the rules for our most used sites, we won't need to edit or create very often.
It could be an option in the Settings page so people can decide.
