Handle image type 0 when crushing PDFs #67
Description
In some (as yet undetermined) cases the image type is reported as 0 (TYPE_CUSTOM) which causes the downsampling to fail. As an awful hack, using type 5 (TYPE_RGB) when the type is 0 seems to work for at least one problem case.
