Feature request: Option to reprioritize downloads in queue #818

Use Cases
Request: Given that the Downloads queue only downloads one video at a time, ability to adjust/prioritize downloads.
Proposal
At a minimum, promote a queued video to the currently downloading video. The ability sort the queue order would be extra (and awesome).

I don't believe there are any open Issues or FRs related to this topic. I did a scan and search of the open Issues to verify.
