Problem querying with multisession

I am trying to run the following script using future

plan(multisession,  workers = 3)

system.time({
q1 %<-% dbGetQuery(conn, q1_sql)
q2 %<-% dbGetQuery(conn, q2_sql)
q3 %<-% dbGetQuery(conn, q3_sql)

})

but I get the following error

do you know what is the cause of this?

Hi Need to see the full code to be able to say something useful, especially what those objects are. If you can make a minimal reproducible example, that would be best.
