[Help] How to mark an episode as watched ?

I am trying to mark an episode as watched.
I get the Episode object from myEpisode = Trakt['search'].lookup(5337301, "tvdb", "episode")[0]. how can I mark it as watched ?

The main README.rst has an "add to collection" example. Adding to your watched history is similar; check out examples/history.py.
