Allow dragging multiple schemes/templates at once

In the TemplateTree, the user should be able to drag-and-drop multiple Schemes (including Templates) at once. While multiple Templates are selected, the editor on the right is not visible.

(I originally wrote down this idea in February 2024, but decided to create an issue for it to make it easier to find those ideas.)
