Context help not always available #587
Description
The context help icon (= question mark icon giving extra details) is not always visible in the UI. For example, the icon for the affix decorator is visible inside the IntegerScheme, but not inside the ArrayDecoratorScheme.
After some investigation, it appears that the visibility depends on whether the surrounding context is enabled at the moment the context help icon is created. This is a bug in IntelliJ. I have filed the bug as IJPL-197534.
