Import records from FZC snapshots on Internet Archive

This might be tricky, but our DB backups don't go very far back, and there was a lot of activity in FZC's early years. I wonder if we can automatically scrape Internet Archive's snapshots to recover as many historical records as possible. AKC may have done something similar to put together his ranking history spreadsheets.
