Disable `Show Relations` button when queried feature has no associated relationships

• I've searched through the current issues to make sure this feature hasn't been requested already.

Motivation

When I query a feature of a layer with a 1:N relationship I see the link to the related table even if there are no registered relationships

Suggested solution

The link should be made unclickable (grayed out) if the relations table is empty

Both on the form and on the list of relations shown by the relevant button

Maybe it was solved because here I see the icon only for buildindgs that have relations

No icons for the other layer
