delimiter in fields

It seems this tool gets confused when the delimiter is in one of the fields such as a comma could be in a file with textual descriptions.

What input are you giving the tool and what results are you expecting?

Messy data may require quoting or escaping. See https://metacpan.org/pod/Text::CSV#quote_char -- the default is the double quote character.

field_one,"field two, even though it has a comma in it"
