Add 'watcher' to change newly added episodes on the fly #8
Description
Add watcher.py to watch for new episodes of previously-modified series, matching them as they're added. This could either be run in a cron job or via Tautulli, which could run it every time new media is added to the library.
This will likely involve implementing a relational database to store info of previously modified shows.
