Moving to quarto-ext/bluesky-comments

@coatless-quarto and I are teaming up to provide a single, awesome Bluesky commenting system extension for Quarto. 

We're in the middle of consolidating the features from both extension in https://github.com/quarto-ext/bluesky-comments. Please install and use that extension.

When the consolidation is complete, I'll update this issue and archive this repo.
